Are you ready to propel your sales career? 

Embark on a journey where your impact is immediate and significant. As a Sales Development Representative at Hub Australia, you are the cornerstone in forging connections between potential clients and our diverse range of workspace solutions.

Your mission? To skillfully identify and nurture inbound leads, engage dynamically in outbound activities, and schedule pivotal sales appointments. With your expertise, you'll not only be nurturing our sales pipeline but also assisting with closing deals, making a direct contribution to our revenue and growth aspirations. Your role is vital in maintaining a robust, active sales pipeline and working in tandem with the wider sales team.

 
What your day to day will look like (but not limited to!):  
  • Efficiently assess and qualify inbound leads to determine their fit and potential value for Hub Australia.
  • Actively engage in outbound activities to generate new leads, using various channels like phone calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule sales appointments, ensuring a smooth transition of leads to Sales Managers for further follow-up.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle for your dedicated product range, from initial follow-up after proposal submission to negotiating and closing deals.
  • Maintain a healthy and active sales pipeline, ensuring it aligns with Hub’s targets and sales forecasts.
  • Accurately manage client data within the CRM system (we use HubSpot!), providing insightful sales reports while ensuring data integrity.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, fostering trust and ongoing engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective lead management and contribute to collective sales objectives.
 
We're Looking For Someone Who:
  • Ideally, you have 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a phone-based role, and are proficient with CRM systems.
  • Your ability to communicate both verbally and in writing is top-notch, ensuring clarity in every interaction.
  • You're especially skilled at establishing positive relationships quickly, particularly over the phone.
  • You can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritising effectively under pressure.
  • Your approach to challenges is both creative and pragmatic, finding solutions that work.
  • You balance client needs with business objectives, aiming for win-win outcomes.
  • You're keen on maintaining consistency and effectiveness in sales operations, optimising processes as needed.
  • Your knowledge extends to lead qualification processes and customer journey mapping
