Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads via outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, and social selling
- Schedule meetings for the consulting team with qualified leads, and ensure smooth handoff of leads to account executives
- Some products will require scheduling demos of qualified leads with the sales team
- Stay informed about industry trends to effectively position our offerings and differentiate them in the market
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for lead generation and qualified opportunities to contribute to the overall sales targets and revenue growth
- Liaise with Marketing to finesse go to market strategies
Requirements
- 1+ year/s of sales experience, preferably from a recruitment background (or generic B2B experience is advantageous)
- Previous experience with Linkedin Sales Navigator and cold-calls is a must
- Proactive and strong initiative to learn and develop new and existing skills with an interest in all things ‘numeric’
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills – experience in C-suite level interactions
- Strong team player with excellent collaboration skills and experience working within a team
