The Role
The purpose of the role is to support the Oceania Sales Team to drive sustainable profitable growth for the Atlas Copco Rental business. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role of the Sales Development Representative, is to prospect, uncover and qualify rental leads to aid in the expediting of the sales process.
This role will also provide additional support for the sales team, including undertaking tender submissions for new / existing clients, and working alongside the marketing and sales support teams to drive key initiatives and to uncover and increase lead generation.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Open to recent graduates, Business / Sales / Marketing qualification is desirable.
- Good project management and collaboration skills
- Forward thinking with a constant requirement to develop and improve not only the individual but also the department. A strong focus on continual improvement is required.
- Seek creative solutions with a practical approach towards problem solving
- You have a structured, independent approach to working and quick to grasp new concepts
- You are highly motivated
- A technical aptitude and willingness to learn about technical products and solutions.
- Intermediate IT skills with previous experience in CRM / sales management systems is desirable.
