Position Overview: As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will play a vital role in our dynamic sales team, focusing on identifying and qualifying potential leads within the Real Estate industry. Your role involves initiating contact, nurturing relationships, and scheduling demos with our Business Development Managers (BDMs). Using your experience of delivering an impeccable sales pitch via telephone call, you will contribute to the growth and success of our organisation.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct proactive outbound calls and emails to engage prospective clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Lead Qualification: Utilise effective communication skills to understand customer needs and qualify leads for further engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to schedule appointments, ensuring a seamless handover of qualified leads for further nurturing.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in our CRM system, providing valuable insights into lead progression. We use Hubspot to quickly plan our daily prospecting, record information and easily enrol leads into automated touch point sequences.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies and positioning.

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in Outbound Sales or a related role, showcasing your ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build rapport quickly and effectively.
  • Goal-Oriented Mindset: Strong desire to achieve and exceed targets, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
  • CRM Familiarity: Experience with CRM software and a solid understanding of sales processes.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, showing self-motivation and initiative.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, allowing you to adapt and think on your feet in various situations.
