About the rolein one line: To own the training function at Pointerin detail:
- Design and oversee the development of comprehensive sales training programs.
- Develop personalised progression plans for all reps we place
- Manage training schedules
- Build a community of trainers and mentors
- Coordination with external trainers and mentors to deliver content to our reps
- Monitor and enhance the engagement levels of sales reps with training materials.
- Transform trainees into a cohesive, collaborative community who support each other in their professional development.
- Measure and communicate the impact of our training
- Help promote pointer by advocating for our training online (linkedin)
