About the role:
- Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers
- Deal with customer enquiries via phone and/or email
- After-sales follow up calls to maintain customer relationships
- Take phone orders when required
- Update our database to reflect service call information
- Pac Food exhibits at several Trade Shows throughout Australia and you will be required to attend some (2 – 4 days each)
- Office based
- Immediate start
- Promoting our products to new and existing customers
- No hard sales
- Full time Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5pm
About you :
- Be a genuine, mature minded, friendly person with a passion for customer service
- Extensive sales experience, ( hospitality sales advantageous)
- Ability to confidently engage and build strong relationships with business customers.
- Listen, understand and be responsive to customers' needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manner
- Willingness to be coached and mentored by senior team members
- Strong administrative and computer skills (MS Office)
- Database experience
- Able to work effectively as part of a small team
- Shows initiative and a strong work ethic
- To be flexible to take on any job that comes up in a small organisation.

We are a small but dynamic team, marketing packaging Australia and New Zealand wide. Founded in 2006, Pac Food has been on the Sunshine Coast for 14 years.
