Dennis Family Corporation are looking for a high performing and successful Sales Estimator to consolidate various forms of external and internal information into the written documentation (including retail pricing) to enable the business to deliver a housing contract/variation as an outcome within the allocated time frames.
About you
You will have proven sales estimating success and be self-motivated to further your career in this area. You will enjoy working in a team that shares our family values and bring a genuine and positive energy to your daily interactions. You will bring experience in the following:
- Completing a Technical review on the Sales Paperwork of every job to ensure compliance with Rescode, Developer guidelines, and all property information.
- Providing Technical support and training to the Sales team and CSO’s relating to (but not limited to) siting, non-standard structural changes, preliminary developer assessments.
- Ensuring that all “Jobs” are accepted into Production are in accordance with DFH variation guidelines.
- Providing viable solutions for customers in line with DFH standards and building regulations.
