We're seeking an experienced Estimator Sales Consultant to join their committed team on a permanent full-time basis.
Qualifications & Experience
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of estimating experience within the Aluminium Window and Door industry.
- Proficiency in handling commercial aluminium extrusions and utilizing the LogiKal estimating program, streamlining estimation processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various glass types and their applications, alongside familiarity with AS1288 & AS2047 standards.
- Understand Australian building standards and regulations to ensure project compliance.
- Proven ability to meet customer deadlines, showcasing reliability and dedication to client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, team members, and suppliers, fostering collaborative relationships.
- Ability to work independently or within a team environment, exhibiting adaptability and versatility.
- Experienced in negotiating with suppliers and securing project materials to optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency.
- Should have sound knowledge of Estimation on Logikal as well as CNC Programming. Knowledge of Audo Cad and other software's will be an additional advantage.

- Dynamic problem-solver, proactive in decision-making, supplier negotiation, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Demonstrates speed and accuracy in estimation tasks.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Lead estimation and management of medium to large residential and commercial projects with precision and professionalism.
- Conduct estimations from plans, manage project budgets, and foster communication with clients and contractors.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and main contractors through effective communication and relationship-building efforts.
- Maintain organized records of quotes and summaries to facilitate efficient project tracking and management.
- Engage with clients via phone calls and emails, providing updates and addressing queries to enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare material sheets and cutting lists using LogiKal, ensuring precise ordering and resource optimization.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities by leveraging strong client relationships and market knowledge.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and recommendations to drive sales growth.
- Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the company's sales reach and establish new connections.
