Busy across every corner of Melbourne, they are seeking an experienced Sales Estimator who wants to challenge themselves with a favourite within this sector. This successful candidate could either be estimating townhouses already but wanting a different culture or feeling stale within either a volume home builder or subcontractor and wanting to take their career to the next level.
The Role:Reporting to an approachable & switched on Team Leader, you will be:
- Providing accurate forecasts for tender submissions
- Contributing to the development of sales budgets
- Managing & tracking market data, trends, and competitor activities
- Ensuring bids are competitive & aligned with the company's goals
- Assisting in budgeting by providing insights into potential sales outcomes
- Helping management predict future sales volumes & revenue
What you'll bring:- Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) - Strong proactivity & attention to detail- Exceptional time management & ability to prioritise- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Experience with Databuild & Microsoft Excel- Strong knowledge of Australian residential building codes- Great problem-solving abilities
