The Role
PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking to appoint a permanent full-time Sales Executive. Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Executive will focus on building, developing and maintaining client relationships in all sales segments. You will be apart of a high performing team dedicated to creating and implementing hotel level tactical sales plans. To increase revenue and market share, you will analyse current/potential markets, sales trends and participate in activities and entertaining.
Talent Profile
- Be proactive in canvassing for new business opportunities, generating and securing business from new and existing accounts
- Managing a client portfolio, submission of tenders, proposals and reporting
- Building and formulating sales strategies including the hotels yearly budget process
- Site inspections, client entertainment, sales trips and industry updates
- Sell all facets of hotel and cross sell other Pan Pacific Hotels Group properties
- Drive success in achieving all sales segment goals
- Build relationships locally and with key contacts
- Execute the proactive sales function within upscale hotel properties
- Exposure to a variety of markets including corporate, government, MICE & sport segments
- Proven track record in generating revenue within a sales team
- Experience in managing key customer relationships
- Professional presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
