About the Role:
Our client is looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join their team. The role involves managing a portfolio of high profile customers, including key strategic accounts. The Account Manager will act as the main contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction levels and driving business growth. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting new business quotes, developing strategies for customer retention, and collaborating with sales and operations teams for seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture customer relationships.
- Ensure customer needs are met through day-to-day communication.
- Drive business growth and retention.
- Monitor and report on financial performance.
- Collaborate on service delivery with internal teams.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven sales or account management experience, preferably in logistics or chemicals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Translogix is a plus.
- A valid driver's license and a commitment to safety principles.
