They are looking for an experienced SALES EXECUTIVE to service their enquiry & warm leads Off the back of their marketing & existing clients. They sell hundreds of projects every year & they are looking for a new addition to their tightly-knit team! You will be managing all clientele who have bought through the projects division, servicing hundreds and hundreds of leads with LITTLE COMPETITION!
The Role:
- There will be NO COLD CALLING involved in this role, all listings will be referrals and will come through their existing database
- Mentorship by knowledgeable and experienced directors!
- Exclusivity on the majority of their developments, reducing channel agent competition!!!!
- Managing the existing clientele and relationships
- Harvesting all warm leads and referrals
- Building rapport with clients and establishing relationships
- Ideally, the candidate will have experience with a full sales campaign from listing to selling
- Generous commission structure with very high earning potential!
- Endless referrals so plenty of commission to be made!
- Stunning office with a family-like culture
- Work with a VERY high-performing sales team, they are all driven and work collaboratively!
- To be considered for the role you will have real estate or project sales experience - this is essential.
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration or Licence & valid Drivers Licence
