Responsibilities
- General
- Nationally travel for events, demonstrations, and promotions.
- Perform product demonstrations across various locations, including international engagements.
- Continually update and maintain knowledge of product offerings and industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
- Generate and follow up on quotations, liaising with customers throughout the sales process.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Represent XAG Australia as a brand ambassador at industry events and exhibitions, identifying new opportunities and leads.
- Financial
- Achieve or surpass annual revenue, margin, and business plan targets.
- Maintain accuracy in monthly sales forecasting.
- Sales & Marketing
- Develop robust business plans tailored to regional market needs.
- Implement impactful strategies for enhanced engagement with key accounts.
- Foster a customer-centric approach for continuous sales improvement.
- Efficiently manage appointment setting and customer follow-ups.
