We have been in business for over 50 years selling and servicing new and used vehicles in Kirrawee, surrounding regions and interstate. Within our incredibly stable and established business we have a unique opportunity for the right candidate who wants to create a name for themselves; working with this dominating, global brand – Suzuki!
What would a day look like?
- You will learn all aspects of the sales process from our Sales Manager and Sales Executives
- You will be learning about the models and their features
- You will learn about customer’s needs, customer service expectations, and the overall decision making process Delivering exceptional customer service; whilst meeting the customer satisfaction targets
- You will be trained on our KPI’s and how to reach those KPI’s in order to be a successful Sales Executive wherever you end up! Achieving individual sales KPI's
- Once you are trained, you will be kick-starting an exciting and rewarding career where you can sell cars and build strong relationships with our customers and in turn; earn great money.
About you:
- Prior experience in a sales position with KPI’s will be highly regarded but not essential. We will consider all industries for the right candidate!
- You must have a true passion for the Suzuki brand
- You will be exceptionally well spoken, where customer service is paramount
- You will love establishing and building customer relationships
- You must be comfortable with negotiating
- Current NSW Driver’s License
- Must be able to work weekends & an 11 day fortnight
