Our rotational program will see you working with the best of the best in:
- Our Outbound Team, where you'll learn the fundamentals of Business Development Management and how to talk to our database and progress
- Our Account Management Team, where you'll become an expert on service delivery and developing lasting relationships with customers
- Our Corporate Sales Team, where you'll learn to work with larger enterprise clients and win new accounts.
Your day to day will look like:
- Making outbound calls to prospective and current customers, building genuine connections and understanding their needs.
- Collecting customer data and talking to energy retailers to meet clients' needs.
- Guiding customers through the sales process with finesse and strategy.
- Delivering strategies to solve customers' energy and carbon risk management problems.

The successful candidate in our graduate program will have the following:

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Professional telephone manners
- Commitment and desire to achieve the highest level of service quality
- Great communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life
