Reporting to the Commercial Lead, this role involves organising, planning, strategising, and leading a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a thorough understanding of the clinical diagnostics market, and previous experience as a Clinical Microbiologist with a proven track record in leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage, develop and renew existing client opportunities while identifying key decision-makers in clinical diagnostics to drive and sustain continuous growth across ANZ
- Led a high-performing sales team
- Actively participate in tenders and support marketing campaigns
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports
- Strong understanding of the sales funnel management process
- Establish strong business relationships with distributors and key customers
- Previous working experience as a Division Manager in sales across Clinical Diagnostics
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Science - Clinical Microbiology
- Outstanding communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills
