Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead sales and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, a passion for developing client relationships, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with the success department and management to target specific industries and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored staffing solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand our client base.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns.
- Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
- Manage the sales budget and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
