We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our efforts in acquiring new business opportunities and expanding our client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients across diverse industries.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to win new business for the LLS.
- Utilize multiple channels to generate leads and establish connections.
- Negotiate and finalise agreements with target clients.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align on client requirements and expectations.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Track and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to refine sales strategies.
Requirement:
- Experience in a Business Development or Sale Representative role.
- A proven track record as a High Achiever.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements and Awards.
- Positive customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
- Australian citizen or permanent resident.
