I've had the pleasure of working in the Real Estate industry since 2003 and have had the opportunity to be involved in many different facets of the industry. I currently specialise in residential property, development site sales, project marketing, and leading our award-winning sales division. I am extremely proud to lead a dedicated team who are always striving to grow and improve despite their experience, accomplishments, or industry awards they have achieved.
Over the years, I have been recognised by the industry for achieving multiple State and National Awards for always pushing the boundaries to assist in changing the Real Estate landscape. The Opportunity
We have an excellent opportunity for driven, highly motivated, and customer-focused individual to grow their real estate careers working as a Sales Associate with the Directors of the company, this represents a fantastic opportunity to gather experience from an extremely knowledgeable source to catapult your career.
The ideal candidate will love the industry, understand the importance of people and property, and enjoy being a part of a highly energetic team that continues to raise the bar. This candidate must be able to sync extremely well within a team environment and completely commit to their team, they will also display a strong customer-centricity in everything they do, a positive can-do attitude, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
The position is full time 5-6 days per week and all software is cloud-based for convenience and simplicity.

Duties & Responsibilities
Prospecting tasks to generate appraisals and listing opportunities
Prepare market updates/appraisals, listings, open-for inspections, and auctions
Manage buyer enquiry and follow-up inspection attendees
Keep internal customer relationship database up to date
Attend and be a part of internal and external industry training
Achieve Key Performance Indicators
Gather knowledge about the process of marketing and selling a property
After-sale relationships with buyers and sellers
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 12 months experience in the real estate industry is preferred
Car, current driver's license and Certificate of Registration to work in Real Estate
Determined to succeed and must be goal orientated
Full of energy and a genuine desire to learn
Demonstrated organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to achieve sales targets and goals
Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to develop effective working relationships
