A very rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Call Centre Sales Manager to join their ever growing team based in the fringes of the CBD.In this fast paced, challenging and dynamic roles, you will be responsible for growing your own team, providing coaching and development to your team, as well as taking on the you are responsibility for the day to day productivity whilst demonstrating our core values.
Key responsibilities will include:

• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of internal SME Account Managers, providing guidance, support and professional development opportunities to maximise individual and team performance
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation and accountability within the SME team
• Reporting and KPI tracking
• Manage escalations within the team
• Working with our Partnership team to help develop accounts
• Understanding different areas of the business to create and drive cross sell opportunities
• Create and delivering sales training
• Foster positive relationships with our business partners and retailers
• Monitor compliance, ensuring policies, procedures and energy compliance is adhered to

Skills & experience
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you will possess the following key attributes:

• Proven management and leadership. Call centre leadership experience will be highly regarded.
• The ability to coach, mentor and develop a sales team.
• High level of self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and time management skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Passion, professionalism and a can do attitude.
