Sales Manager Anz

The Company
Our client is an established food manufacturer and international brand, with their headquarters based in Europe. Their food product is widely distributed and sold in over 100 countries across the world.
Due to continued growth in the business, there is an opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join the team and become the leading figure based in ANZ.

The ideal candidate will have experience either in FMCG sales or another product-based sales environment.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the GM APAC, the Sales Manager ANZ will manage the sales function of the business, working with distributors and partners in the region on both commercial and operational level.
Duties include:

• Strategic and leadership responsibility for the sales function
• Communicating weekly with all distributors to discuss challenges, opportunities, sales, supply chain and marketing info
• Working with partners to achieve sales target
• Conduct annual workshops for distributor sales team to share knowledge
• Set up marketing plan and budget with distributor
• Prepare national promotions to be aligned across the country
• Set up retail planograms for distributors to implement in stores
• Collect and analyse data from distributors system and from store visits in terms of brand performance and competition activities
• Build and develop the Hotel, Restaurant and Cafe market and Foodservice market
• Monthly reporting

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years' sales management experience within FMCG or another product-based sales environment
• Autonomous, diligent, analytical, customer focussed
• Problem solver
• Commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Strong IT skills
