As a Sales Manager, you will be joining a friendly and supportive team who are passionate about providing exceptional service to our customers. We are looking for someone with a proven ability to lead a sales team and consistently hit KPIs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Controlling the Sales Department with a strong focus on processes.
  • Assisting prospective customers with New and Demo vehicle enquiries.
  • Setting and achieving weekly, monthly and annual performance goals, sales targets and KPIs.
  • Managing, leading and mentoring the sales team.
  • Enforcing our dealership processes.
  • Distributing customer leads amongst the sales team.
  • Developing and maintaining good customer relations which lead to effective sales outcomes and high rates of long-term customer retention.
  • Effectively guiding customers through the sales process from start to finish.
  • Managing customer enquiries, follow-ups, and concerns.

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager who is now looking for advancement.
  • The proven ability to manage and lead a team.
  • A ‘hands on’ management approach.
  • Sound understanding of manufacturer expectations and how to strategically meet them monthly.
  • Exceptional time management skills and organisation.
  • A high degree of professionalism is absolutely essential.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and provide a high level of customer service.
