Job Opportunity –
In talking with the State manager this territory has not been touched within 3 years, So the direction and thought is that you will be working one of the richest areas within Queensland. You will look to chase, win and secure new machine sales throughout Southern Brisbane down to Grafton NSW. It is essential that you have the necessary skills to locate, chase and win projects within civil construction. Over the years they have great success is selling to trades, contractors, councils, racecourses, landscape gardeners, vegetation, farmers and construction companies. With the range of equipment covering 1 tonne to 15 tonne you can work and sell to also most to every market. You will have the following products to sell –
- Excavators
- Tracked Loaders
- Wheel Loaders
- Dumpers
- Tele Handlers
- Trenchers
- Stump Grinders
- Attachments
You will need to be strong at managing your territory and have the sales success to drive and win new business. You can sell the equipment through machine demonstration or through marketing material. Most of the reps nationally also work and sell equipment through their own social media and online channels. This is to make sure you’re covering every corner of the market.
Candidate Requirements –
We need an industry expert for this role, we are really trying to find someone that does not have the existing contacts but can hit the ground running with minimal training. You need to be passionate about what you do and be a real sales professional that will work the extra mile but go above and beyond for customers. There are a number of major competitors out there and you need to be on your game at all times.
- 3 + years In External Machinery Sales exp
- Contact within the above markets throughout the GC
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Good stability throughout your career
- Passion for the earthmoving industry and your career
- Excellent territory management
Salary Package –
- Base Salary - $100,000
- Supernation – 11%
- Company Car
- Uncapped Coms 1% of Net value and 2% on Used equipment
