Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the auto dressing and modification sector, as well as the marine industry, alongside our established caravan industry market.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage and lead a sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to drive high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify potential growth opportunities.
- Represent EA Fibreglass at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our products and services.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably within the fibreglass, caravan, automotive industries, or related fields.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve high performance.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
