The role
Crown are proud to continue to partner with the Victoria Racing Club (VRC) as we seek a business driven and personable leader to join the team as a Sales Manager – Non Race Day.
Your existing sales industry experience will be put to use as you proactively drive revenue by sourcing new business opportunities whilst maximising the potential of existing accounts.
In this role, you’ll provide joyful, elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Build and maintain effective business relationships both internally and externally through networking and strong communication.
- Ability to produce and implement strategic plans for growth and retention of accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to negotiate and influence effectively.
- Strong customer service focus, organisation, and time management.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Previous sales success with a background in the account management.
- Previous established sales management experience within medium/large company.
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite products and event management systems.
