The position…

CoreStaff is a traditional blue collar “labour hire” business. There are three offices here in NSW that support a broad sector of Australian industry. This role is pure BD, it’s not a hybrid role, it’s not a 360 role and it's not an account management role with some selling on the side, its pure focused on new business acquisition. 

Working alongside the GM and Business Managers within the branch network, you will be tasked with developing and executing a strategy to acquire new business. For this, there is an expectation that your extensive experience and established network.

Responsibilities…

Developing an immediate go-to market strategy to successfully acquire new business. 

• Be the lead on branch network business development strategies and activities. 
• Delivering a strategy through effective leadership.
• Work with marketing team to establish better presence for the CoreStaff and wider CGH Group brands. 
• Being responsible for developing tactics, delivering sales plans and achieving profit targets for CoreStaff NSW. 
• Acting as an ambassador and role model for the business at industry and other events. 

About you…

You will already have a successful track record working in the Australian labour hire or recruitment scene, you’re a better than average communicator and able to get engagement with customers across all levels of Australian business.
