We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and motivated individual to contribute the Sales objectives of a Fishing farming company. The Sales Manager is responsible to develop and undertake sales strategies that facilitate increased market penetration, pricing, and brand positioning. Actively pursue company expansion through branding and business development.

Responsibilities: Identify, target, and engage prospective customers (wholesalers and retailers) as well as potential end user restaurants. Develop and grow business from markets by effective provision of sales, marketing and communication techniques and strategies. Contribute to the positive reputation of company through identifying and meeting client’s expectations, by promoting positive customer relations with a positive attitude.
Attend approved conferences, food shows and promotional events and report on activities and leads in a timely fashion. Keep abreast and updated on industry trends and initiatives through effective liaison with external stakeholders and industry organisations. Contribute to a high level of team performance by achieving high standards and working co-operatively with team members and other staff.
