Elders Insurance Western Plains is continuing to grow! We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team in Nyngan / Warren.
For this role, we are looking for a passionate and energetic sales professional who thrives on building and maintaining connections with our new and long-standing clients, as our relationships in the community are the most important thing!
What you will be doing
This role provides you with the opportunity to be on the move (not chained to a desk), doing what you do best which includes:
- Identifying new sales opportunities to meet business targets between our Warren and Nyngan offices
- Creating and implementing marketing strategies to identify new business opportunities
- Providing excellent customer service
Our approach to sales is based on building a genuine connection, there are no expectations around cold calling or mass marketing to achieve your targets.
What you will bring to the table
- A passion and motivation for creating and maintaining strong client relations
- Outstanding time management with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including effective negotiation skills
- The ability to work autonomously and with minimal direction
- A satisfactory police check and ASIC clearance
The successful candidate will also bring Insurance Industry knowledge however will undergo training as part of the onboarding process.
