About the role:
Car Mods Australia is seeking a professional and experienced Sales Manager to join our team of 35+ staff. The successful applicant will become the manager of our sales & customer service department which currently has a team of 8. Your role will see you managing & leading the team - ensuring our processes are being upheld, reporting on all of our sales KPI's, improving systems and procedures, hiring/inducting/training new staff, driving a high performance company culture and ultimately ensuring we delivery the CMA Experience to each and every customer! Whilst you will be managing the team, you will be hands on for the majority of your week, handling trade & wholesale sales with our key customers.
- You must have 3+ years experience as a Sales Manager and be able to demonstrate this from previous roles
- You must live and breath sales and get satisfaction out of helping customers with their builds
- Lead & manage our team of sales and customer service staff, sustaining and driving a high performing results-driven culture with meaninful measurements in place
- Be proficient and hands on in handling sales and resolving customer enquiries via phone, email, social and other channels
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of the company’s product lines and utilise this knowledge to successfully assist our customers

Who we are looking for:
- You have 3+ years prior sales service management experience
- You will have exceptional people skills and have the ability to create and maintain strong relationships at all levels
- You will be great with technology given most of your customer interactions and sales channels are online.
- You will be able to demonstrate a solid track record of success in a similar role
- You are a problem solver that enjoys a fast paced, growth orientated company culture
- You will be highly organised and be able to manage your own workload in addition to ensuring overall sales and customer service targets are being met across the team
- You will be committed to your own personal development and have a strong desire to continually learn and grow
- You're looking to continue to grow your career in sales
