At Huisong, we are looking for a motivated, passionate, and experienced Sales Manager to join our global team! As our Sales Manager, your main responsibility will be to achieve sales targets set by management by developing and maintaining high-quality business opportunities and implementing a sustainable sales strategy in the region.
Job Description
Sales & Marketing
- Achieve sales targets set by the organization
- Discover and develop new customers and market opportunities in Australia and New Zealand
- Maintain and grow business relationship with existing clients
- Maintain and improve Huisong’s brand image and reputation in the region
- Develop new products and services for customers in the region
General Management
- Collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to develop Huisong’s short and long-term sustainable growth strategy in the Australia and New Zealand market for the next 5-10 years
- Develop and enforce general management policies, guidelines, SOP, and documents
- Expand and grow Huisong’s presence in Australia and New Zealand by recruiting and onboarding new talent
- Provide professional guidance/training for new talent
- Assist in developing performance review for new talent
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience as a sales executive, Sales Manager or sales and marketing director
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Proven ability to position products against competitors
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Education and Experience Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience in either nutrition supplements, foods & beverages, pharmaceuticals, or essential oil & fragrances manufacturing or distribution companies
- Bachelor's degrees in business administration, economics, chemistry, biology, biochemistry, pharmaceuticals, food science & technology, plant science, nutrition science, or other related fields
