Job Overview:
As a Remote Sales Assistant in our hybrid work environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and the company director in various sales administrative tasks. This position involves a combination of paperwork management and customer interaction, primarily through phone calls. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team and director with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage and organise paperwork related to sales transactions, contracts, and customer information.
- Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Customer Communication:
- Make outbound calls to customers for missing information or clarification on sales-related matters.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and documentation from clients.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and generate reports as needed for the sales team and director.
- Ensure all sales-related documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and updates on customer interactions.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
