Job Overview:

As a Remote Sales Assistant in our hybrid work environment, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and the company director in various sales administrative tasks. This position involves a combination of paperwork management and customer interaction, primarily through phone calls. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team and director with administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage and organise paperwork related to sales transactions, contracts, and customer information.
• Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

1. Customer Communication:

• Make outbound calls to customers for missing information or clarification on sales-related matters.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information and documentation from clients.

1. Documentation and Reporting:

• Prepare and generate reports as needed for the sales team and director.
• Ensure all sales-related documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

1. Team Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales team to share insights and updates on customer interactions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
