We are looking for someone to work on Sydney’s most exclusive & newly built properties.
The Role:
- Managing and taking the reigns of all marketing campaigns
- Coordinating all marketing bookings and materials, as well as proofing material;
- Database management, data entry integrity, as well as contact, calendar management;
- Booking photography
- Updating brochures & sign boards
- Ordering and sending out invoices with marketing schedules
- Congratulating vendors & buyers
- Processing management agreements
- Lead campaigns
- Updating the CRM
- Completing data entry;
- Report preparation;
- Market research & comparable
- Upholding professional standards
- Maintaining a presentable office environment
- General office administrative duties as required; and
- Providing professional communication to clients and a positive end-to-end experience.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in real estate administration is advantageous;
- High level organisational skills and a strong attention to detail
- The ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- A focused, proactive and motivated personality;
- A strong work ethic and positive outlook;
- High level problem solving and time management skills;
- A tech savvy mindset and be comfortable with new technologies;
- Strong computer skill set;
- The ability to demonstrate exceptional follow up;
- Punctual; and
- Forward thinking.
