About the Role
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to assist with the early launch phase of our Work Respect program.
You'll have a strong background in B2B sales and be very capable of generating and qualifying leads but also collaborating with clients to sell our Work Respect program.
Collaboration with the YWCA Canberra Communications Advocacy and Engagement team is key in this role. You will strategically plan and execute a robust sales growth and marketing strategy to make Australian workplaces safer.
As a proud Work Respect sales representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, assisting and implementing a marketing strategy whilst nurturing client relationships, managing accounts, and attending sales appointments.
The role requires a highly organised person, possessing proactive and open communication skills.
