The position
We are expanding our team and seeking a coordinator to join us as part of our sales team, to play a key role in liaising with customers, coordinating sales activities, and contributing to our marketing efforts. The position can be adjusted depending on candidate's skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations for customers, leveraging our database of technical information.
- Serve as a knowledgeable resource for customers, addressing technical inquiries and guiding them to suitable resellers and distributors.
- Facilitate order processing, collaborating closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in coordinating various marketing initiatives, including social media management, website content creation, and email campaigns.
- Engage in content creation, leveraging company’s available resources, with the help of the marketing lead.
Sought attributes
- - Previous experience in technical sales is advantageous, with a keen interest in the marine industry.
- - Proficiency in social media management and basic SEO principles.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in sales and marketing activities.
- - Proactive attitude and willingness to learn, with the ability to seek information independently while leveraging existing resources.
Highly Regarded
- - Experience working with databases and technical documentation.
- - Proficiency in using our current IT tools and software, including SAP B1 (our ERP), Microsoft Excel, and HubSpot CRM.
