Role Overview: As a Sales and Marketing Manager at Appex, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and enhancing our market presence in residential construction. Working closely with our team and leveraging your expertise in property sales and marketing, you will lead strategic campaigns, close contracts, and foster relationships with clients and industry professionals.

Key Responsibilites:

• Manage sales and marketing campaigns to promote residential properties and drive sales growth.
• Prospect for new clients, nurturing relationships with high net worth individuals, property developers, and investors.
• Establish contract discussionsand coordinate with our estimating and construction teams.
• Conduct market research to identify target markets and segments, preparing analyses and marketing materials.
• Assist Appex's management with sales campaigns and analyse sales correspondence to optimize performance.
• Maintain and establish databases, building and nurturing relationships with clients.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the team, conducting training sessions and ensuring alignment with sales goals and procedures.

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• General understanding and interest in residential construction and property markets.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in property.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and great organizational skills.
• Fast learner with a self-motivated attitude and eagerness to develop their career.
• Commitment to integrity and adding value to clients and stakeholders.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven track record of success in property sales and marketing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience in managing sales teams and implementing sales strategies.
• Knowledge of the building industry and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
