RØDE is on the hunt for a Community Coordinator who can help foster and develop our social media communities, and represent the ethos of RØDE online, as we scale globally.
About you:
- You have a passion for helping people
- You’re organised and have strong attention to detail
- You’re across social media and community management trends
- You work collaboratively and have strong communication skills
- An interest in audio, film and streaming is a bonus
Your Duties
- Manage and grow our brand's online community across key social platforms including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Foster engagement, respond to comments, and initiate conversations with our audience
- Implement strategies to boost community participation and interaction
- Identify potential influencers and nurture relationships within our niche
- Track key metrics such as engagement rates and reach and provide regular reports to inform social media strategy
