About the Company :We are working with a proudly Australian owned OEM and wholesaler of a diverse range of water coolers, drinking fountains, water filtration and remote water chilling products suited for use in private, public, commercial applications. We also sell a range of Industrial process HVAC chillers used in a diverse range of industries including mining, medical, pharmaceutical, manufacturing and data centre applications amongst others. Their clients include major plumbing and hardware wholesalers as well as direct B2B sales of industrial chilling products. In this pivotal role, you'll: Lead by example: Guide and inspire your team to deliver world-class service, from initial inquiries to post-sale support. Be the sales engine oil: Smoothly coordinate with our external sales team, providing crucial back-office support and propelling deals forward. Problem-solving ninja: Tackle roadblocks like a pro, collaborating with departments like Marketing and Supply Chain to keep the sales fire burning. Accountability champion: Ensure flawless order fulfillment, from full deliveries to customer communication, for key national accounts. Data dynamo: Monitor sales orders and reporting to keep everyone on track for success. Bonus bonanza!
