We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Team Leader to join us at our head office on the Gold Coast, with an immediate start.
As a Customer Service Team Leader, your focus will be managing a small team of Customer Service Officers with the goal of handling customer cases, general enquiries and improving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking calls, processing sales orders and payments
- Leadership of a team, ensuring our people are engaged, capable, skilled, and able to perform to the best of their ability.
- Managing phone queues and email inboxes to reach our service standards
- Daily reporting on key performance indicators such as email and data entry statistics
- Identifying areas for improvement relating to policies, procedures and systems.
- Implementing proof of concepts for innovations whilst measuring and reporting on their effectiveness.
- Handling of frontline issues to prevent escalation
We work in a small team, so excellent communication skills are a must, as well as the ability to work under pressure. Our number one goal is to meet and exceed our customers' expectations.
Our Customer Service Team is expected to work across a wide variety of computer programs in a fast paced environment. General computer and multi-tasking skills are essential. This is a full time role 8am-4pm Monday to Friday.
