Overview: Our client, a prominent law firm specialising in criminal and traffic offense cases, is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Client Relationship Manager | Sales Team Leader. This role is pivotal to the firm's success, requiring someone with exceptional communication skills, leadership qualities, and a proven ability to convert initial telephone consultations into client engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement and Consultation:
- Conduct initial phone consultations with potential clients.
- Build instant rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Offer solutions and advice tailored to the client's needs
- Process all of the onboarding for the client, allocating legal representation
- Employ an empathetic yet assertive approach to guide clients through the legal process.
- Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Lead and mentor a team of three staff members within the client delivery team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members when handling client inquiries and case management.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving business objectives.
- Case Management:
- Oversee the process from initial inquiry to the matter being heard in the local Magistrates Court.
- Ensure efficient and effective case management practices are followed by the team.
- Collaborate with legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for their clients.
- Business Development:
- Play a key role in growing the firm's client base and reputation in the marketplace.
- Contribute to strategic planning initiatives aimed at expanding the firm's presence in the industry.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong telemarketing skills| Ethically brilliant in sales
- Empathy and Assertiveness: Balancing empathy with an "iron fist in a velvet glove" approach.
- Leadership Experience: Previous experience in a Team Leadership role is highly desirable.
- Customer Service or Sales Background: Experience in customer service, call centers, or inbound sales roles is preferred.
- Legal Knowledge: Whilst not mandatory, a basic understanding of legal processes or experience in the legal field would be advantageous although not essential.
