We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team at Solution Plant Hire.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries regarding equipment hires, sales, off hires, pricing, and quotations.
• Provide accurate and up-to-date pricing and product information to customers.
• Actively promote the hire/sale of all products and identify cross-selling opportunities within our product catalogue.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and technical specifications for all offerings.
• Prepare and provide customers with accurate quotations and suitable product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team and Branch Manager on customer enquiries or quotations that require site inspections or project designs.
• Communicate realistic and accurate delivery and pickup timeframes to customers and Account Managers.
• Record all relevant information in Solution Plant Hire CRM and take appropriate action as required.
• Efficiently allocate drivers and trucks for deliveries and pickups, considering customer needs and product availability.
• Ensure timely completion of contracts, posting them by 5:00 PM daily.
• Prepare COR Load sheets when necessary and provide clear instructions to yard staff/drivers regarding product requirements and timelines.
• Keep customers informed of any delays or changes that may affect their delivery or pickup. Inform Sales Reps and Branch Manager accordingly.
• Proactively report any issues affecting customer service to the Branch Manager.
• Ensure prompt and accurate data entry, recording all relevant details consistently.
• Maintain a safe work environment and prioritize personal safety both on and off the company's premises.
• Adhere to the Company's Quality, Safety, and Environmental Policies and Procedures/Work Instructions.
Requirements:

• Knowledge of equipment and technical specifications preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a team and independently.
