We are currently seeking a Sales Planning /Sales Operations Associate to report to the Sales Operations Manager.
About the Role
As a Sales Planning / Sales Operations Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Logistics teams, providing crucial administrative, analytical, and operational support.
Your responsibilitiesinclude:
· Assisting sales personnel and collaborating with various departments to facilitate effective commercial decisions and maximize customer and Hankook Tyre value.
· Analyzing sales strategies, market conditions, and competition to support the achievement of company sales targets.
· Evaluating the sales performance of different channels and presenting reports to the management team.
· Utilizing SAP and Excel to integrate and customize data for quantitative sales analysis and reporting.
· Managing distributor shopping lists and creating shipping documents.
· Overseeing direct factory container orders and communicating shipment schedules with customers.
· Updating demand planning and rolling business planning as directed by decision-makers and promotions.
About You
Skills & Qualifications
We welcome Fresh Graduates who possess:
· BA or BS degree, preferably in Business or a related field.
· 1-2 years of working experience in Sales Analysis or a related field (preferred but not required).
· Strong numerical and statistical skills, along with expertise in value-based pricing.
· Proficiency in Excel, with a keen sense of numbers. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
