$90k+OTE+ (base salary + uncapped commissions)

Essential Requirements:

  • A passion for helping people.
  • A proven track record in sales and/or business development is essential.
  • Demonstrated dynamic sales ability, good business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Experience using CRMs, such as HubSpot, and Zoom effectively.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, including outstanding phone and interpersonal skills with the ability to demonstrate appropriate tonality, body language, active listening, unconditional presence, verbal articulation and mannerisms.
  • A positive mindset, and an open and honest communication style with the confidence to speak up and ask the right questions, getting the support to help you grow continuously, and feedback ideas regarding system and process improvements so we can continuously evolve our business.
  • High level of computer skills and ability to navigate new systems efficiently and effectively.
  • Great organisation, time management, and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work productively and autonomously in a busy and high-energy office environment.

 

Desired Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, sales, or a related field.
  • Background knowledge of trades and/or small business ownership.
