Job Description:

As a telephone-based Sales Professional at Connected Advice, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about sales, excellent communicators, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to connect with potential customers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists or databases.

- Build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of our company.

- Identify customer needs and preferences, and recommend appropriate services.

- Explain product features and benefits clearly to potential customers.

- Manage and update customer information in the CRM database.

- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to share insights and strategies for improving sales results.

- Handle objections and address customer concerns in a professional and persuasive manner.

- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent follow-up schedule.

- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends.

- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all sales interactions.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales/tele sales.

- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and engaging telephone manner.

- Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle rejection professionally.
