About the opportunity:
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Business development professional to grow and enhance our Milwaukee business and customer base within the construction sector. You will be charged with your own territory from Rockhampton to Maryborough, to convert strategic users to the Milwaukee brand.
Responsibilities:
- Target and educate end users to convert to Milwaukee products and achieve sales targets.
- Effectively present Milwaukee products and solutions to the construction industry.
- Maintain consistent and open communication with the Area Sales Management team.
- Develop a positive personal business relationship with all customers.
- Drive in-field conversions, trialing of new product and increasing brand awareness.
About you:
- Ability to seek out and convert opportunities - must have a "hunter" mentality.
- Field Sales or End User sales experience.
- High level of autonomy - must be highly organised and self-motivated.
- Trade background/ Hands on experience with tools is desirable.
- Computer literate, comfortable with MS suite and experienced with CRM systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Full drivers license with excellent driving record.
