Sales Receptionist & Vehicle Delivery Assistant
An exciting and rare opportunity has become available at Co-Op Toyota.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Receptionist & Vehicle Delivery Assistant to become the welcoming face of our New Toyota Showroom. This position will initially be offered as a 6 month contract, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent full time position based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
As the first point of contact for customers, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing incoming and outgoing calls for the entire New Vehicle Sales Department.
- Providing prompt, friendly, and helpful customer service to all individuals entering the New Vehicle Sales Department.
- Conducting outgoing customer calls to schedule the delivery of New Toyota vehicles.
- Data entry tasks, including the collection of customer information, tracking new phone calls, and daily creation of internal communication emails.
- Processing creditor invoices and reconciling weekly and monthly statements.
- Checking and processing New Vehicle deal packs to ensure accurate and complete compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
To be successful in this role, candidates must demonstrate:
- A positive 'Can Do' attitude.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
- 12 months or more experience in reception duties.
- 12 months or more experience in face-to-face customer service.
- Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in outbound and inbound phone calls.
- Intermediate skill level in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Desirable but not essential: Certificate 3 in Business.
