About the Role Due to the on-going expansion of our brands, we are currently seeking a driven and motivated Onsite Field Sales Representative in Perth to join our fantastic AEG Onsite Team.

This role will help to expand our service capability with existing customers and connect with new prospects as our range continues to grow.
What does the role involve / A Day in the life:
Pick up our kitted-out AEG Onsite Van and hit the road visiting multiple customers and prospects each day
Think Builders, Schools & TAFE's, Carpenters, Electricians, Plumbers, Landscapers etc..
Conducting demonstrations on Power Tools, Gardening Tools, Tool Accessories & Hand Tools
Creating bespoke deals and quoting solutions to fit your customers' needs
Transacting, picking & delivering orders
Contacting inbound leads and outbound prospecting via phone or in person
Attending industry events like Agriculture Shows, Expos and our own customer events
After sales servicing to ensure the best experience and build strong relationships
All whilst capturing data in the CRM (Salesforce) to help manage your customer base and sales pipeline
Reporting to our Commercial Account Manager, who will provide coaching, guidance, and support to help you succeed in this new role.
About You TTI is looking for someone who has the hunger for sales and the ambition to go above and beyond for themselves, the company and most importantly, their customers! We are searching for the following attributes:
Must have a current driver's licence with good driving history
Comfortable meeting physical requirements of the job i.e. lifting products in and out of the vans
Willing to travel to regional NSW & ACT (at company's expense)
Work occasional weekends or weeknights at Industry Events (time in lieu given)
Skills and experience required:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Capacity to work autonomously, maintaining an up-to-date calendar
Confident to effectively to present to internal and external groups
Basic Microsoft Office suite capability
Ability to build and maintain long standing business relationships
Thinking on your feet to identify opportunities & present solutions with customers
Desired experience that will benefit your application (preferred but not essential):
Trade/commercial sales (i.e. direct, retail, account management, business development)
Experience in relevant industry (i.e. Construction, Landscaping, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical)
Power Tools / Garden Tools / Hardware knowledge
CRM experience (Salesforce is a bonus)
Working with KPI's & Sales Targets
