The Sales Representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, building relationships, and will focus on solution-based outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our offerings in a personal way. Often tasked with having sensitive and personal conversations, the Sales Representative must be empathetic, personable and professional. Your experience in working in a fast-paced environment, will allow you to handle multiple tasks at any given time.

Your key responsibilities:
- Action all WARM inbound leads
- Active pipeline management
- Qualify leads for appropriate model of care
- Ensure all data received is accurately entered into our CRM
- Update and maintain CRM with all leads
- Engage with consumers, family members and/or representatives with empathy and understanding
- Inform consumers of the best available support we can provide through their level of Home Care Package
- Be focused on commercial outcomes
