Job Description: 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our modular wall solutions to clients in the commercial construction industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with architects, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to drive sales growth and establish long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target key decision-makers within the commercial construction sector.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other prospecting strategies.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our modular wall solutions.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to create customized solutions that meet client needs.
• Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or building materials industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to understand technical specifications and communicate them effectively to clients.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
