Position Overview:

As our Sales Representative at TFG, you'll play a pivotal role in our success. We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual who thrives on taking initiative, establishing, and nurturing client relationships, and working closely with our operations teams to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through various channels.
  • Knock on doors, make introductions, and conduct outreach to potential clients.
  • Make a minimum of 20 sales calls per day to prospects.
  • Develop and maintain strong, lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base for both cleaning and maintenance contracts.
  • Weekly meeting, every Monday with review and plan for the week and Tenders releasing.
  • Generate new business in various vertical markets i.e. outside of retail supermarket chains. 
  • Maintain a strong network of connections within each industry.
  • Customer / client management, liaison with both existing and new on security, cleaning and maintenance contracts.
  • Promote company sales and marketing strategies in line with the management teams’ requirements.
  • Promote the company at trade fairs and industry events.
  • Regular inspections of sites under contract.
  • Contract review and negotiations. 
  • Preparing and submitting tenders on existing and potential contracts (security, cleaning, and maintenance).
  • Enforce company policies. 
  • Development and ongoing updating and reviewing of Business Plan for all contracts. 
  • Ensuring we are aware of and comply with other commercial or contractual regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Maintaining relationship with tenants, funders, contractors, key consultants, and any other parties important to the success of the company.
  • Maintain a strong team commitment within the team and company generally.
  • Ensure that best practice is used at all times.
  • Daily maintenance of the CRM data base to capture all sales and customer related information.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on new business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good Knowledge of various services and systems offered through the cleaning, Security industries. 
  • Hold a valid security consultant license for QLD and other states.
  • Strong Negotiating skills 
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Resilience and persistence in a challenging, fast-paced environment.
