About The Role

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our Field Sales team in the Independents channel. As a Sales Representative, you will build strong and positive relationships with key customers and drive sales by utilising strong selling skills to achieve all display and sales targets and objectives within your assigned territory. You will uphold high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activities and develop and execute a sales plan. 

You will also drive growth by identifying and proposing development and business growth opportunities. 

The Ideal Candidate

• A hunger to commence a career in FMCG or a passion for field sales and merchandising
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships
• “Can do” attitude
• Resilient and self-motivated to drive for results within an autonomous role
• Developed time management and organisational skills
• FMCG/Merchandising experience highly regarded
• Must hold a valid (clean) Australian driver's licence
